Visualisation Is About Feeling, Not Seeing
Here’s the key truth:
Your subconscious responds to emotion, not logic and not words.
You don’t need to see a clear picture.
You don’t need a perfect mental movie.
You don’t even need imagination skills.
What matters is how you feel.
When you visualise effectively, you’re not asking:
“What does it look like?”
You’re asking:
“How would I feel if this were already done?”
Calm.
Relief.
Safety.
Gratitude.
Those feelings are the signal.
Why Emotion Changes Behaviour Naturally
When you feel stressed, your body prepares for danger.
When you feel calm, your body allows expansion.
This is important because manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes — it’s about changing how you show up.
